Rooms are unfurnished so it can be set up however you like. Spot in garage for one car. House is quiet for the most part, I have two friendly shepherds that are restricted to the living room and don’t have access to the bedrooms. I have the house cleaned just about every Sunday for all common areas. I do not care about gender just looking for someone respectful and tidy. The monthly charge will cover rent, utilities, internet etc.
