I have a private room for rent in a bath townhome. Located in Columbia, PA a short distance from Lancaster. Home was gutted and updated in with natural gas heat, central air, new windows, kitchen, baths, etc. Shared kitchen, living, dining, laundry, full and half bath. Full bath has a double vanity so we each get our own sink. Private fenced in back yard and patio/courtyard. Must be okay with and like dogs, I have 2 female dogs (black lab and pitbull) who have free range of the house and yard. (Crated at times but usually not). Home is a row home on the outskirts of the “city” of Columbia. Down a one way street. It is street parking. Rent is $ per month plus half utilities.
