I’m years old and looking for a reliable roommate. I keep to myself for the most part and value a calm, respectful living environment. I’m mainly looking for someone who’s responsible and consistent with rent and shared responsibilities. I have one cat — friendly, well-behaved, and taken care of. I’m clean, pick up after myself, and believe in keeping common areas decent without being overbearing about it. I’m Korean and Puerto Rican and cook really well (happy to share food occasionally, but no pressure). I’m not a big partier and generally keep things low-key.
