Hi everyone! 👋 My husband and I recently moved from Brazil and we’re looking for a place to rent near Shadyside (Pittsburgh). We’re a couple with a small dog (a dachshund) — he’s house-trained and only does his business outside. We’re looking for a house or apartment with up to 2 bedrooms, that’s pet-friendly and has a washer and dryer (or hookups) available. We don’t have a U.S. rental background or credit score yet, since we just arrived, but we can provide proof of good financial history from Brazil. At the moment, we can’t provide U.S. income proof, but we’re responsible tenants and can discuss other forms of guarantee or payment.
