I’m a CSUB grad student and working professional on the hunt for a reasonably priced place to rest my weary head after long days of chasing deadlines and dreams. I’m usually out the door by 7am and don’t roll back in until after 4pm—so you’ll mostly just be sharing space with my laundry basket. When I am home, I’ll probably be quietly studying. I’m tidy, low-drama, and believe good communication keeps the peace—so if something bugs me, I’ll tell you respectfully, and I hope you’ll do the same. In my downtime, I dabble in the culinary arts (translation: I cook and bake stuff that hopefully won’t set off the smoke alarm), play games, make music, and generally try to be make for good company. I’m open to being friendly roommates or keeping it strictly business—your call. If possible, I’d love to meet for lunch or coffee before deciding. It’s a great chance to chat about groceries, utilities, streaming services (Netflix vs. Hulu: the eternal battle), and make sure we’d actually survive sharing a roof.
