Hi, my name is Federico! I’m years old, originally from Italy, and currently living in the U.S. on a work . I work in fine dining hospitality, which keeps me busy and often out of the house for long hours. Outside of work, I’m a musician (singer, songwriter, piano & guitar player), I love going to the gym, and I enjoy spending time at the beach or exploring the area on my days off. As a roommate, I’m very clean, respectful, and organized. I like to keep common spaces tidy, I’m quiet at home, and I’m considerate about noise (I usually practice music with headphones or outside). For me, home is a place to relax and recharge. I also have a partner who may occasionally visit or stay the night. he’s very respectful, clean, and polite, and we never bother anyone. so that’s the only extra thing to keep in mind. Overall, I’m looking for a comfortable place where I can rest, be responsible about bills, and share a good, respectful vibe with housemates.
