Hello all, My ex fiancé and her 2 kids will be leaving Oct. 1st. Looking for a kind and stable roommate to split the rent, utilities, and groceries with me. I use the 1st living room frequently. I feel I am overly nice, but I don't care for b.s. The house is in a decent area. I have alot of friends, but normally don't have anymore than over at a time.
