Looking for a roommate at my north Brookhaven condo. Just built a second house so need assistance with this mortgage. Comes fully furnished with a bed and TV already. The bathroom was just renovated and brand new flooring throughout the unit. This unit is a bath so we would be sharing a bathroom. The condo has a community bathroom should one of us ever need that while it’s occupied.
