The only thing to be split in half would be the light bill. The incoming roommate would be taking over the master bedroom, so naturally they would pay more. You would have access to your own bathroom, and your own privacy. Pets are welcomed, but there is a fee you must pay to keep them. there are assigned parking spots as well. The light usually comes out to around $ each during the summer months, and around $ anytime after. There is a washer and dryer machine plug-in inside the apartment in case you have your own.
