I am looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom at my other house where my little brother lives. His name is Jacob, and he is years old. Jacob helps me with the up keep, such as the lawn, AC maintenance, security, etc. Jacob would be a great roommate because he keeps to himself, he’s quiet, helpful, and respectful.
