Both rooms will have access to WiFi, each TV is setup with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Paramount, Peacock and Max at no cost to you. You will have access to use the Washer and Dryer. You will be sharing the Guest Bathroom along with a Full Kitchen, Dining Room and Living-room. Water and Electric is included. You will be responsible for your own Food Supply,Toiletries and Laundry Detergent. It’s optional to split cost the of Toiletries or Laundry Detergent if you’re interested. You will be responsible to keep clean the Guest Bathroom that you’ll be using at all times, if not clean you will be charged a cleaning fee. If you use the Kitchen you must clean up after each use not the next day. I do have cameras in the open sharing space and outside. Reason for our Protection and Property.
