Hi! I'm needing one housemate. You share one bathroom with on other person. There is a whole fridge to share between one other person and plenty of pantry shelves for all your dry foods. There is a living room space to hang out and ethernet connection in each room. There is a laundry closet and dishwasher. The space has a separate entrance from the owner. All expenses are included in the rent to simplify things. Would love to have someone who is kind, clean, and communicates well with others. Right now the space is still being finished and will be brand new!
