Looking to spend January to March away from the cold. I would like to rent a room with another senior woman who enjoys flea markets second had shops yard asking and bingo. It would be great to be in a gated community where other seniors live. My hope is to purchase a mobile home in a gated community so I might become a snowbird and be able to leave cold Canada for the winter months.
