I’m a busy person that will be gone for months at a time. There is a older lady living in that back small room in the mean time, she works days a week, also have a finished basement thats furnished thats currently rented out by young couple. I’ll probably be using one of the rooms for my visit back to philadelphia which may be for a few weeks, time out of the year to visit family/friends while checking in with roomies (hopefully go out to eat as a group with roomies) or not. Sidebar: Master bedroom closet is spacious (the picture) looks like its in use but is currently packed and ready for storage once rented. Update as of Philadelphia is dealing with a water impact which luckily my area hasn’t been effected by so far. I have a map in my photos to show the area that may and may not be effected. The photo shown in first room photo slide is my location in the green area.
