The entire home is 1,100 square feet.The first room available is a small bedroom with wood floors, a closet. The room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed with one large window. This room is available now.The second room is a small bedroom with wood floors and a closet. The quest bathroom located in the hall will be shared by me. I keep a tidy bathroom and as I have my own storage we will only need to share the cabinet underneath sink. The bathroom has shower with tub. This room is vacant and available now.Rent for both rooms will be $1000 plus utilities. Price of utlities change each month. SDGE and Wifi will also split three ways.
