It's on the fourth floor, in a very quiet neighborhood. As a south-east facing unit, we get lots of sunlight, especially in the morning☀️ Rent is $ CAD for the smaller (yet spacious) bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in, so you don't need to buy any furnitures:D The unit comes with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a balcony. The small room includes a closet, drawer unit, bed, desk, chair, and cube storage unit. Our building has a rooftop patio, gym, and a swimming pool.The lease is until end of August, but I wish to continue the lease until end of December.
