I am helping my twenty year-old disabled friend who is like a nephew to me. I have been a friend of his family for over twenty years. He needs a room for rent for himself and his friendly emotional support dog. Poodle/boxer mix female.I pay the rent on his behalf, as he is currently unable to work and has an active application for government disability benefits. Jordan is quiet, respectful, responsible, friendly and helpful. He does not smoke. He has no addictions.  He has anxiety disorders and related medical issues and keeps to himself. We can provide references from former landlords.
