The room will be cleared out if you need furniture let me know. I can set up furniture in the room. I will be cleaning the carpet, painting the walls and removing all items in the pictures so will be an empty space. I do have dogs in the home but no pets allowed for renters for rooms too many pets. It is shared bathroom.
