Single room with private bathroom for rent in a bath apartment in Pacific Beach. The apartment is miles from the beach, so it's a quick trip but also far enough from the heavy party area. Close to the 5 freeway.

Utilities are included in the price of rent. One roommate, I work in restaurants so I tend to work late nights or early mornings. I make sure I'm as quiet as possible when getting home or leaving. I like to relax and hang out at home when I'm off, cooking on a day off is definitely a possibility.

I'm looking to fill this room as soon as possible and can show this week . Deposit is one months rent.
