Looking to fill a room in my apartment in PB. One bedroom and private bathroom, coin operated laundry on , there is also a laundromat across the street. All utilities are included in rent (Internet, Water, Gas, Electric, Trash) I'm work in restaurants so I'm mostly out of the apartment with the exception of days off, and later nights. Parking is between an assigned and non assigned spot, both are in the parking lot, off the street. The apartment is located off Garnet Ave, close to the 5 and in a quiet part of PB. Neighbors are fairly quiet other than the occasional weekend party. Deposit of $ is included in first month's rent.

Single room with private bathroom for rent in a bath apartment in Pacific Beach. The apartment is miles from the beach, so it's a quick trip but also far enough from the heavy party area. Close to the 5 freeway.Utilities are included in the price of rent. One roommate, I work in restaurants so I tend to work late nights or early mornings. I make sure I'm as quiet as possible when getting home or leaving. I like to relax and hang out at home when I'm off, cooking on a day off is definitely a possibility.I'm looking to fill this room as soon as possible and can show this week .
