Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment for spring and/or summer bed/1bath apartment. It is right on state street so it is a less than 5 minute walk to campus and is right above Target and many other food places. The apartment comes with a TV, wifi, IN UNIT washer and dryer, and comes fully furnished. The apartment complex has multiple study rooms, free coffee, free printing, fitness center, and a lounge and the location is unbeatable so you are really getting your moneys worth. Rent is about a month and utilities are not included but they are really only around dollars extra and are paid with rent in the apartment portal. I am willing to negotiate price if need be. I am already moved out and cleaned before I left so it is move in ready!
