This unit comes with optional garage parking for an additional fee. Located in North Portland very close to i5. The bedroom is big enough for a full or queen size bed and a dresser or desk. There is also a den space that can be shared if you need to put a desk there.Cost: $ includes MOST utilities. Electric would be split and varies month to month. Internet is $ each. What I’m looking for: ideally someone who is a fellow introvert and doesn’t have guests over often. I’m pretty laid back with most things, but please clean up after yourself. Must be ok living with 2 cats. I work a stable m-f schedule and like to keep to myself most of the time. **NO more pets allowed**
