The home is two stories, and the downstairs, which is about sq. ft., will be sublet to another tenant. The upstairs and downstairs is separated by a secured door. The upstairs portion that we will be living in has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. So, you will have two entire rooms to yourself as well as your own, private, 2 sink bathroom.
