Full bath has a double vanity so we each get our own sink. Private fenced in back yard and patio/courtyard. Must be okay with and like dogs, I have 2 female dogs (black lab and pitbull) who have free range of the house and yard. (Crated at times but usually not). Home is a row home on the outskirts of the “city” of Columbia. Down a one way street. It is street parking. Rent is $ per month plus half utilities. Utilities range from depending on heat/ac usage and quarterly bills. I have streaming services we can share/split. Must be able to clean up after yourself.
