Looking for a gal roommate to join me in my fully furnished non-smoking bath apartment unit in Westchase for the duration of my lease until April 1– if things go well I’d be happy to consider re-signing together! The second bed and bathroom that I have are fully furnished with a walk in closet. I’ll pay electric and cable, I really just need someone to pay rent. I’d ask for $ which is half the entire payment is usually about $ including charges for common room/hallway maintenance, water and valet trash services.
