Female desires a room rental. I am reliable, responsible, quiet and clean. Looking for a month-to-month lease for 6 months with potential for a longer term lease. Ideally $/month including all utilities (gas, electricity, water) & internet. Safe street parking needed, furnished or unfurnished, can share bathroom, need access to kitchen/Frig/W&D. Ideal room size ~ . Need ability to store Bike & a few boxes (negotiable). Have no pets, don't smoke/drugs. Available Asap
