There is also a backyard patio with a grill, and access to the neighborhood pool and tennis court.The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near & Bulverde, with easy access to , and . There are two cats in residence; they are curious about things, but are never a hassle, don’t shed much, and do not smell.Length of stay is negotiable, and deposit is $, which will be refunded after room inspection following move-out.
