Looking for roommate for my upstairs room. First month prorated cost. Room is private and come with private bathroom and walk in closet. Shared kitchen is downstairs along with washer and dryer. There is also garage space for storage. The back yard is fenced in with a view of the fishing pond. My 3 year old comes to visit on weekends. Prefer a quiet roommate!
