Hello all! My landlord and I are trying to fill an extra room. The room is upstairs with me, landlord is down in the basement. Washer/dryer included, lovely kitchen. Gated backyard with garage. Very LGTB+ friendly. No pets, sadly. We have 3 kitties and a dog. Utilities are every other month. Everything (except your room...duh) is a shared space.
