Hello my name is Julia, I am looking for a roommate. I live in a newly built townhouse. It is a private room with a private bathroom and my townhouse overlooks a beautiful lake. Everything is brand new. Washer, dryer, and utilities (water, electricity, internet), are included. The whole house has a water filtration system + alkaline water in the kitchen. I am a responsible, clean and tidy person. I like to follow and enforce rules to make living together wil be an excellent experience for both. No pets allowed.
