I’m currently looking for a roommate for the room for rent in this bath. This is a second floor apartment. The rent is so we would each pay per month fully furnished ALL utilities included which is cable, Wi-Fi, water, and more we ONLY pay for electric. For the lease it would be first months and security only. so only to move in. Super safe neighborhood as well as plenty of street parking or there’s gated parking.I have been living here the past year and i love it it’s super close to everything. It’s Fully furnished as well. The location is perfect it’s right off th st on Biscayne Blvd 8 mins from midtown about from Brickell and downtown & from the beach. The bedroom is very spacious and has plenty of storage with drawers under the bed, the dressers and the closet also there is also a tv in the room I do have two cats I would prefer someone who isn’t allergic to cats and can respect mine. I’m very clean and respectful of boundaries as well as I’m not always home due to work.
