Large [unfurnished] primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet.
Bathroom includes shower, water closet, double vanity, and lots of storage.
Closet is very large with tons of hanging space and shelving!

Brand new home! We're the first to live here and have been here about 6 months.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry 

Garage space for additional storage 

Small backyard 
Parking in driveway or along street - we're tucked away so there's not a lot of street traffic. 



Housemates:

You’ll be sharing with two other girlies in their early 's who work remotely. Friendly, tidy, and sociable but also respectful of privacy. Two cats that keep mostly to themselves. 

Bills:
Internet included 
Water, electric, gas not included. It's typically around $ per person each month. 



Who We’re Looking For:

A clean and considerate professional (female preferred, mid-s) Non-smoker. No animals as we already have 2, and the landlord won't allow more.
