Hi I am looking for a renter/ roommate. I am available on September 5 to show you the place in person. Preferred move in date is September the earliest. A little thing about me. I’m currently a Naval Officer but getting out in 6 months. I’m doing Masters with UCSD. I live with my lb dog. My place is a bath, with kitchen, living room, and parking. The half is shared with the neighbor so first come first serve. The monthly includes the water, wifi, and the shared parking spot with the neighbor. It does not including the electrical bill. Preferred renter is at least 6mo to a year contract. The zipcode is . My place is in a Cul-de-sac which increases sense of security because not random people get to the compound. It is a 5 min drive from the public transportation, Starbucks, hr taco place, hr jack in the box, gas station, eleven, grocery store, Walgreens, etc. neighboring area is Hillcrest, Kensington, Normal Heights, Mission Valley, and North Park. The room is already furnished including a height adjustable table, queen bed, chair, mirror, jewelry storage and dressing cabinet. I would love a roommate that is respectful, clean, organized, pays the rent on time and does not mind my little dog. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment. Because these rooms are already furnished, and the furniture is in excellent condition, I would want someone who is CLEAN, hrthy, reliable, private, & easy to get along with, and respectful of property belonging to others. With that said, here’s a little about me. I’m a laid back, easy-going, career-minded professional with a positive “can-do" attitude in just everything that comes my way. I use my critical-thinking skills at work, but I also enjoy using my hands to build/repair things, work on projects, play an instrument, etc. I enjoy balancing my analytically inclined mindset (I LOVE teaching but am equally passionate about learning/experiencing new things!), with my creative side. Hobby-wise, I love dancing salsa, bachata, and other Latin dances & have been a salsa/bachata dance instructor for the past 8 years before moving to SD. I also have a great sense of humor & have no problems laughing at myself in the mirror! :)Ok...well, that's enough for now.
