We like to cook, watch TV, go to shows, movies, have bonfires, hike, bike & run. Occasionally will have friends over for a dinner or game night that you are welcome to join.Your private room is located in the back of the house with windows facing backyard and neighbors property. This room has plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The room is fully furnished with queen sized bed (pillows, blanket and bedding included), night table, lamp as well as desk and chair. You will also have your own closet as well as clothing storage system. Please keep in mind that we have 1 bathroom that you will be sharing with us. We ask you that you help us keep this area clean.Our home is specious with dining area, living room and a separate TV/Music room. All rooms are furnished and functional. Attached to the kitchen is laundry room with washer and dryer. Please note that we have 2 big dogs - Great Pyrenees and Huskey. If you are a dog lover this would be a great fit but if you are uncomfortable around dogs or have allergies this would not be a good arrangement.Our house sits on a lot that is a bit under 1 acre so there is plenty room outdoors. We have a shed in the backyard incase you need extra storage as well as fire pit with outdoor furniture incase you enjoy night by the fire. We have a private driveway so parking is not an issue. I am planning to move out of this space and I am looking for someone to take my place. The space is rather large with its own bathroom and kitchenette. There is in-house laundry as well as a dishwasher upstairs. There are 3 other roomates, all who live in their own respective rooms upstairs. They are all super responsible and respectful. The roommates do need to come through the basement space to access the laundry area, but they are very respectful and will always knock and never come down during times when you specify they cannot. The space does not have windows besides for the back door and the bathroom, but it does have its own door with direct access to parking and the back yard.
