The room being offered is the guest room, which currently has a queen bed and dresser. I am looking to fill the room around Dec 1st and stay for at least a year. Please no pets, kids, or couples. I’m in my thirties and work full time from home so I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home as I don’t have the space. I’m friendly, outgoing, organized, tidy, and like to cook. No drama, girly girl, non smoker, and wine lover. Must be cat friendly as I have one little kitty. I would love to find someone who can relate to these qualities. Hey! My husband and I are actually moving out of our place and are hoping to find 2 people who would be okay with rooming together and taking over our lease that ends in February . The townhouse is really awesome and in a really safe and great neighborhood and the only reason we are leaving is because of my husband's job (we're moving out of state). It is a .5 bathroom house built in car garage. Each bedroom is a primary bedroom so they have a full bathroom and walk in closets. It has a really great heater and very tight window seals so it's not drafty. Room for rent on third floor, room unfurnished, the room won’t be available till the beginning of November. Rent is not including electricity, that’s shared between all roommates and the end of month. Washer and dryer in hallway, living room and kitchen fully accessible. We are missing a door though to the restroom that is shared , it’s covered by a blanket, trying to fix that asap though. About the roommatesCody - super chill , usually with girlfriend or at work , plays video games and likes to go on adventures. Likes to be respectful and boundaries are a must. Has a golden doodle pup, she’s a sweetheart Kyler - chill as well, likes to talk and makes friends. Likes to work out and go out with friends. Doesn’t invite people over nor does Cody. The house is not for partying. All we ask is to be respectful, you can have who ever you want at the house just not a lot of people all at once
