It is a bathroom space, which also comes with 2 small office spaces, 1 of which will be yours to use however you like. Street parking is pretty easy and there is coin laundry in the building. Rent is $ per person plus utilities which we will split.

The apartment has a wonderful kitchen, brand new refrigerator, gas stove, plenty of storage with a walk in pantry. The bedrooms can fit queen size mattress and each has a closet as well other shelves and upper storage above the closet. The shower has good pressure and plenty of storage as well. There is a patio off the back door and the stairs from the downstairs door lead to an area where other things can be kept. Central A/C and heat. The room is good size and the items in the picture will be moved out of course. I am looking for a female roommate, if you work from home that is fine. We live above and below great neighbors who we are not close with but amicable. It is close to Southport Corridor, Roscoe Village and Lincoln Avenue with lots of fun restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It is also about 6 block from Wrigley Field.
