My street is very quiet, safe, and somewhat out in the country but still close enough to conveniences. There is also an extra dedicated parking spot right in my driveway close to the house. There is a full bath right outside the door of the room I’m renting out and it will be % private for your use (I may use it in a rare occasion if I don’t think I will make it to my own bathroom lol – getting old is brutal lol). There is also a good sized two-door closet in the room. And large windows that provide a nice view of the pool in the back yard! Also an armoire that you may put clothes/etc in if you want.
