My neighborhood is nice to walk in even in the evening. There’s concerts by the water, great restaurants and a farmers market every Saturday. It’s a waterfront apartment so if you like getting out on the water then that’s a pleasant feature. I can send more pictures than what’s on my profile if interested or give a tour.
