This is a very safe, small gated community in the heights. the room I’m renting has its own bathroom , however the shower is located in the hallway bathroom. We also have a very big kitchen with lots of cabinet space. there’s on laundry in the courtyard. We pay each plus the online banking fee since the landlord seems to prefer that & they won’t let you drop off rent at their office. there’s two reserved parking spots & pet rent for one cat is covered for the remainder of the lease if you have one from the previous roommate. I like to make a lot of art & my decorating is a little insane but I’m not offended if you want something / anything removed from the common space.
