It's perfect if you also work on the beach for the traffic leave and coming to the beach during peak season has made it hard for previous roommates to get to work off island, so please keep that in mind.You will share the kitchen, balcony and living room. Beautiful newly built house with garage, gated front, and backyard, washer/dryer, "2" fridges, walk-in pantry.I have two dogs and the other couple here has two cats that primarily stay in their room. Not currently looking to add on anymore pets or children.laid-back group usually grilling or having a game night on weekends.
