Preferably looking for someone without pets, but who loves animals since I have cats. The room available is a large room with a shared bathroom with just one other person. The house has many fruit trees and a nice outdoor patio space. We also have laundry in unit. I’m hoping to find someone who is interested in a short term lease, but I am keeping my options open. Looking for a good person to share the space with!

There are restaurants and fast-food all around the area.The neighborhood itself is located in a central location- just about minutes without traffic from cities like Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles. Bob Hope/Burbank Airport is a mile and a half away from the house. Centrally located, it's a -min drive to Hollywood, DTLA, & other iconic LA locations.
