Recently moved to Georgia for grad school. Looking to move SOON, no later than the top of February. Budget is a tad flexible. I have a housing stipend so I wont go above that however, that means I will always have funds for rent/bills. I am looking for a home thats friendly, communicative and clean. I do need access to the kitchen as I like to cook sometimes and will if I have the time. I will busy with school so I don’t plan to be home too often and if I am probably cozied up in the room.
