Hello! I’m looking to rent my basement. There is a bedroom, private bath, family room area and another room that could be used as a study. Kitchen and laundry are shared spaces. I live in single family house in a quiet neighborhood. There is off street parking. I have 3 cats and a very energetic dog. No smoking.
