Hello, my name is Jennifer. I am a young mechanic. I’m looking to rent out a room in my house at a fixed rate. Along with a fixed rate you would also get your own bathroom, full access to the entire house, and the storage sheds in the backyard. The only downside is the dishwasher does not currently work, I am looking to get it replaced however.
