If you can move mid January and ok living alone this may work for you:I have a studio apartment very close to downtown in highland terrace. EVERYTHING INCLUDED (parking, utilities, etc) comes out to $1070. I have had no problems here and have renewed my lease multiple times. The current lease goes till July 2026.
