I am a future USC graduate student looking for a room to live in while I attend school. My program is 3 years and would be living in the area during this time, but have no intentions of staying longer than that. This is a very important chapter of my life and as such I plan on heavily focusing on school and working as much as I have to to achieve my goals. Because of this, I am looking for a space that has minimal to no parties, and would prefer having a roommate around my age or older. I enjoy keeping a clean living space but am by no means clean freak. I also prefer cooking my own meals over ordering takeout so I am looking for a space where any sort of shared kitchen access won’t be an issue. Lastly, I do have a cat. She is very friendly with people, however shy. I am unsure how she fares around other animals because we do not currently have any others, but she prefers to keep to my room anyways.
