Rent is $ a month (including utilities) and you will be sharing a bathroom with myself. The room is ’ and fully furnished (You can also furnish it yourself if you’d prefer- Same price). No deposit is required. There is currently 1 other roomate here. We both mostly stay to ourselves and are looking for someone who does the same and is quiet. No smoking or pets allowed. I will likely be staying here past June if you are looking to potentially stay past then. I enjoy playing golf, disc golf, poker, cornhole, going to concerts, and reading in my free time.
