Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room to rent on the Gold Coast. (preferably near the beach 🌊) • I’m a very quiet & easy-going person • I keep to myself & enjoy my own space • Clean, tidy & respectful of shared areas • I don’t party, drink, or have guests over • I’m currently working & studying part-time. I’m also focused on some personal + spiritual growth in my spare time so home is preferably a calm space for Me. • When I’m not home, I’m usually at the beach or spending time with my sister, niece & nephew—who live nearby ☀️ • I’m friendly & always considerate. I really value a space where everyone can do their own thing comfortably.
