My boyfriend and I rented a two-bedroom apartment thinking we would want the extra space realizing we don't really so we're looking to run out the extra room it does come with its own bathroom there is a washer and dryer available in the apartment as well. Utilities are included in the price. As for parking you would have to park your vehicle and visit a parking which is not far from the apartment because we have the maximum amount of vehicles on the lease currently.
