Hello Everyone🤗. A little bit about myself, I have 3 years living in the united states, I was living in Spain before coming here, I’m a really serious person, I pay my rent on time, I’m honest, and a nice women. Another thing I want to share is that I have a really busy schedule, I also want to share that I’m a mom of 2 my older son is nd son is 3, my kids don’t bother, we will only be most of the time in the house on the weekends depending on my job, and the rest of the week we will just go take a shower and directly to sleep, my kids have a sleeping schedule already programmed, the little one don’t cry at nights, just when taking him a shower lol. I apologize if this note is long, just wanted to explain a little about my self and my little family. Questions I have: • Is there any extra charges besides the rent price? • is there any deposit before moving in? • for how long are you renting the room? Thank you, hope you have a nice day. 🙂
